MATERIAL proposes a critical review of physical devices structuring urban civilization. Moving through a cycle from earth to mountain, mountain to house, and back to landscape, the works address daily living through fragments, patterns, and vernacular structures. Matter reveals symbolic, spiritual, and identity dimensions.  In Sergio’s practice, industrial brick yields to organic fluidity, exposing vulnerability and returning ceramic nature to architecture. Paulo subverts geometric patterns to honor self-built city technologies, assembling fragments into PLURIVERSES where fractures represent acts of repair and memory reconfiguration.  The exhibition invites reflection on the spiritual dimension latent within urban materials.
